The ratchet friction plate unidirectional brake can brake itself under load, and the ratchet paw engages with the ratchet under the action of the spring, so the brake works safely.

1. Before using the hand hoist, it should be carefully checked to see whether the hook, chain and shaft are deformed or damaged, whether the dowel of the final root part of the chain is firm and reliable, whether the transmission part is flexible, whether the brake part is reliable, and whether the hand zipper has slipped chain and dropped chain phenomenon.
2. When used, the hanging of the hand hoist must be firm (pay attention to the allowable load of the hanging point), check whether the lifting chain has kinks, if any, it should be adjusted before use.
3. When the operator pulls the hoist by hand, first pull the bracelet back, and relax the lifting chain, so that it has sufficient lifting distance, and then slowly lift, after the chain is pulled tight, check whether the parts are abnormal, whether the hook is suitable, and confirm normal, before continuing to work.
4. Do not pull the chain diagonally, and do not exert too much force. When used in the inclined or horizontal direction, the direction of the zipper should be consistent with the direction of the sprocket to avoid the phenomenon of card chain and chain drop.
5. The number of zippers should be determined according to the lifting capacity of the hoist. If it does not move, it should be checked whether it is overloaded, whether it is connected, whether the hoist is damaged, and it is strictly prohibited to increase the number of zippers for strong pulling.
6. In the process of lifting heavy objects, if you want to stay heavy objects in the air for a long time, the hand zipper should be tied to the heavy objects or the lifting chain to prevent accidents caused by the self-locking failure of the machine for too long.
7. The gourd shall not be overloaded. When several hoists lift a heavy object at the same time, the force should be balanced, and the load of each hoists should not exceed 75% of the rated load, and there should be a special person to command and synchronize the takeoff and landing.
8. The hand hoist should be regularly maintained, and the rotating parts should be lubricated in time to reduce wear and prevent chain rust. The chain with serious rust, broken marks and lines should be scrapped or renewed, and it is not allowed to be used. It should be noted that lubricating oil cannot be infiltrated into the friction bakelite sheet to prevent self-locking failure.
